TERMS AND CONDITIONS: HARMONY BY INTENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By creating an account or using Harmony by Intent (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are an agreement between you and AuraLogical Ltd, trading as Harmony by Intent. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. THE SERVICE Harmony by Intent is a community-driven platform providing:

Hourly Vibrational Resets: The service provides users with access to Harmonic audio sequences, we call (collective intent events), and video content delivered locally to your time zone.
UTC Global Pulse: Simultaneous worldwide (across all time zones) events, designed for collective synchronized intent.
Enlightening Content: Access to perceived enlightening and interesting lifestyle content curated to uplift.
Community Common Room: A shared digital hub for users to meet like-minded individuals and share positive thoughts and experiences.
My Harmony Space: A personal area within the app for users to save content and manage their personal journey.

3. CODE OF ETHICS & COMMUNITY HARMONY To maintain the high-frequency nature of our sanctuary, all users must adhere to our Code of Ethics:

Positive Intent: The Community Common Room is for uplifting engagement.
Zero-Tolerance for Negativity: Harassment, hate speech, spamming, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate account restriction or termination. Users who post objectionable content will be blocked and may be banned. We provide mechanisms for users to flag objectionable content and block abusive users.
Moderation Rights: The Admin reserves the right to "Mute" users or remove content that does not align with the community's intent.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Billing: Access to premium features is provided via a subscription model. The current fees for the "Harmony Membership" and any "Resonance Expansions" are clearly displayed within the App’s paywall at the point of purchase.
4.2 Store Processing: All transactions are handled securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
4.3 Trials: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If not cancelled 24 hours before the period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, including Harmonic audio compositions, sequences, original videos, and the "Harmony by Intent" framework, are the exclusive property of the App owners/Licensor. Users retain rights to their own shared thoughts but grant the App a license to display them within the community rooms. The Harmony by Intent app and all associated IP are used by AuraLogical Ltd under exclusive licence from the founder.

6. DISCLAIMERS

6.1 Perceived Value: Benefits of use are subjective. The App is provided for personal entertainment, spiritual curiosity, and novelty value.
6.2 Not Medical Advice: This App is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or spiritual counselling.
6.3 Content Accuracy: Whilst we strive for "Enlightening Content," we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or universal interpretation of the information provided.
