At Auralogical Ltd, we believe that your digital privacy is as important as your mental harmony. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, protect, and respect your data when you use the Harmony by Intent mobile application (the "App").

1. THE HARMONY PRINCIPLE (DATA MINIMIZATION)

Our guiding principle is simple: We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide you with a beautiful, synchronized experience. We do not sell your data to third parties. Period.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To help you stay in sync with our global community, we collect:

Account Information: Your email address and name (provided when you create an account).

Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to manage your membership. While we see if you have an active subscription, your actual credit card details are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Community Content: Any "thoughts" or "intentions" you choose to share in the Common Room hub.

Technical Identifiers: Your IP address and device type, used solely to ensure the Fibonacci chimes and UTC pulses trigger correctly in your local time zone.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your information to:

Synchronize the Global Pulse and Hourly Resets across different time zones.

Maintain the safety and "high vibration" of our Common Room through moderation.

Provide customer support via the "Admin Direct" feature in your My Harmony space.

4. THE "SHIELD" (LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING)

Under the UK GDPR, we process your data based on:

Contractual Necessity: To provide the service you signed up for.

Consent: When you choose to share a post in the community chat.

Legitimate Interests: To improve the app’s performance and ensure community safety.

5. THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS

We use a small number of trusted partners to keep the App running:

Firebase (Google): For secure account authentication and database hosting.

RevenueCat: To bridge the gap between our app and the App Stores for subscriptions.

Apple/Google: For processing all financial transactions.

6. YOUR RIGHTS (THE UK GDPR STANDARD)

You have full control over your digital harmony. At any time, you have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

Correction: Update any incorrect information.

Erasure (The Right to be Forgotten): You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the "My Harmony" settings tab.

Withdraw Consent: Simply stop sharing in the Common Room or unsubscribe via your device settings.

7. DATA SECURITY

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. While no digital system is 100% impenetrable, we treat your information with the same care we give to our own Harmonic sequences.
